1. Introduction

Welcome to Tu2ria. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. Tu2ria is operated by Tu2ria LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. These terms govern your use of the Tu2ria website and mobile applications.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of Tu2ria constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Terms

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tu2ria. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. Where a parent or guardian creates an account or completes a purchase on behalf of a minor student, that parent or guardian is bound by these Terms with respect to that minor's use of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Tu2ria cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may not use a false identity or impersonate any person or entity. Tu2ria reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use at security@tu2ria.com. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

3. Service Usage

Tu2ria provides an online learning platform connecting teachers and students. You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

4. Teacher Terms

Teachers on Tu2ria must maintain accurate qualifications and professional standards. Tu2ria reserves the right to remove any content that violates our quality standards or community guidelines.

Each course is sold either by the teacher or by Tu2ria, depending on the teacher's plan with Tu2ria (see Section 6). Responsibility for course content and delivery depends on who sells the course:

• Courses sold by the teacher — the teacher is solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and delivery of their course content. Tu2ria is not a party to the tuition payment and acts only as a platform connecting the teacher and the student.
• Courses sold by Tu2ria — Tu2ria sells the course to the student in its own name and is primarily responsible to the student for the delivery of the tutoring service purchased. Tu2ria engages the teacher as an independent contractor to deliver the lessons on Tu2ria's behalf; the teacher has no separate contract with the student for that course. The teacher remains responsible for the accuracy, quality, and professional conduct of the instruction they personally provide, and for complying with Tu2ria's quality standards and community guidelines.

Key Obligations

• Provide accurate course descriptions and syllabi
• Maintain professional conduct with all students
• Respond to student questions within 24 hours
• Honor the published group schedule and notify students of any changes

5. Student Terms

Students agree to use Tu2ria solely for personal learning purposes. Academic dishonesty, including sharing course materials without permission, is prohibited. Students agree to provide honest reviews and ratings of courses they have completed.

Students may not record, reproduce, redistribute, or share any course content without the explicit written consent of the teacher and Tu2ria.

6. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). A course may be purchased by the enrolled student or by a parent or guardian acting on the student's behalf.

Who sells a course

Who sells a course, and how its tuition is paid, is decided course by course, depending on the teacher's plan with Tu2ria. It is not a single platform-wide setting. Each course listing shows who sells the course: “Sold by Tu2ria LLC”, or the teacher's name with an instruction to pay the teacher directly. The seller that applies when you enroll remains the seller for that enrollment until it ends, even if the teacher later changes plan, and is named on the statements and invoices for that enrollment.

Courses sold by the teacher

• Seller. The teacher is the seller. Tuition is paid at the teacher's listed rate directly to the teacher or the teacher's designated accounts contact, not through Tu2ria.
• Tu2ria provides the platform only. Tu2ria is not a party to this payment, does not collect, hold, or process these funds, and is not the merchant of record for them.
• Refunds. Refunds are the teacher's responsibility. They are processed by the teacher or the teacher's designated accounts contact, manually, within 5–10 business days.

A teacher who sells their own courses pays Tu2ria a subscription fee for the platform, as disclosed at registration and in the teacher dashboard.

Courses sold by Tu2ria

• Seller. Tu2ria LLC is the seller and the merchant of record. Tu2ria sells the course in its own name and sets its price, and your contract for the course is with Tu2ria.
• Payment. You pay Tu2ria online, using Tu2ria's designated payment processor (Stripe). Your payment is Tu2ria's own revenue, received on Tu2ria's own account. The charge will appear on the payment method statement as TU2RIA LLC, not under the teacher's name.
• Lessons. The teacher delivers the lessons on Tu2ria's behalf, as an independent contractor engaged by Tu2ria. Tu2ria pays the teacher from its own funds; the teacher does not receive, and is not shown, your payments.
• No payment outside the platform. The teacher and the student must not arrange or accept payment outside the platform for a course sold by Tu2ria. Doing so is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
• Refunds of undelivered course months. If you withdraw from the course, or your enrollment is cancelled, before the course ends, Tu2ria refunds the price of the course months not yet delivered. A course month counts as delivered if your enrollment was active on at least one day of it, and a part month counts as a whole month. The refund is the amount you have paid for the course less the value of the months delivered, each month being valued at an equal share of the course price, rounded in your favour. Months already delivered are not refunded, and installments not yet paid for later months are cancelled. For a course paid per lesson, your unused lesson balance is refunded and lessons already taken are not. Refunds are made by Tu2ria to the original payment method, and Tu2ria bears the payment-processing cost of the refund.
• Chargebacks. If the card issuer reverses a charge directly (a chargeback or dispute) rather than through Tu2ria's refund process, that dispute is resolved between the cardholder, the card issuer, and Tu2ria as merchant of record.

Overdue payments

For every course, whoever sells it: if an installment or invoice payment is still unpaid more than 3 days after its due date, joining that course's lessons is paused until the overdue amount is paid. For a course paid per lesson, you cannot join a lesson that your lesson balance, including any credit allowed on your enrollment, cannot cover. A pause applies only to the course with the overdue payment, and does not by itself cancel the enrollment.

Refund requests

A refund may be requested within 7 days of enrollment where the student has attended fewer than 2 sessions. Requests are submitted by email to support@tu2ria.com and are reviewed by Tu2ria against this policy; approval is not automatic. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method used. Refunds for a course sold by the teacher remain the teacher's responsibility, as set out above.

7. Content Policy

All content on Tu2ria must comply with our community standards. Prohibited content includes:

• Material that infringes copyrights or other intellectual property rights
• Offensive, discriminatory, or hateful material
• Misinformation or factually inaccurate educational content
• Content promoting illegal activities
• Spam, misleading, or deceptive content

Tu2ria reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

8. AI-Assisted Grading and Feedback

We use artificial-intelligence models, provided by a reputable third-party AI provider / sub-processor, to help teachers grade more efficiently. When you submit work on the platform, the content of your submission — together with the related question, marking scheme, lesson materials, and grading rubric — may be processed by these AI models to generate draft grades and feedback.

A human teacher reviews and approves every AI-generated draft before it is finalized. Grading is never carried out solely by the AI.

We do not share your name, email address, or any other information that identifies you with the AI provider. Your submission is processed on a pseudonymous basis, linked only to internal reference identifiers.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to this processing of your submitted work by our AI models and provider. If you are a student between 13 and 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must also accept these Terms and consent to this processing on your behalf.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference, explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our services. By using Tu2ria, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

Tu2ria may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Tu2ria is not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the service.

If your account is terminated due to a violation of these terms, you may not create a new account without our express written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
